Aysha’s Bio

by Aysha Griffin

Aysha Griffin

A lifelong student of philosophy, psychology and communication, Aysha’s interests center on human relationships to Self, Others and Work, what poet David Whyte calls “The Three Marriages.” A journal keeper and writer, since age 8, she gravitated to a career as a reporter and editor and has published more than 400 articles and written and/or edited a dozen books.

With a passion for travel, connection, exploration and discovery, Aysha writes, photographs and offers workshops and coaching to groups, teams and individuals, that enliven creativity and make accessible the practicalities of starting and/or growing a business in alignment with your values, dreams and goals.

A certified Business Plan Writer, Small Business Administration Marketing Instructor, and certified Relationship Coach, she combines an intuitive gift for seeing what is needed, in any circumstance, with substantial training and 25 experience in professional practice.

In 1985, Aysha established a Marketing/Communications agency and has helped more than 100 businesses (in nearly every industry), non-profit organizations and creative individuals clarify their vision and achieve their goals – through strategic planning, branding and cost-effective marketing/PR campaigns in print, broadcast and internet/social media. Additionally, she has been co-owner of a residential “high-performance” design/build firm and is owner/Marketing Director of New Mexico’s first Green Real Estate Agency, empowering buyers to make smart choices.

A graduate of the Goddard College-accredited Sustainable Ethical Enterprise Design (SEED) program, Aysha authored the Santa Fe Green Building Guidelines, which formed the basis for the City’s Green Building Code. She has developed and facilitated numerous courses and workshops in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Sustainability and Communications.

She is at home in Santa Fe, New Mexico and San Miguel de Allende, Guanjuato, Mexico, and welcomes all invitations to travel, present workshops, collaborate and catalyze positive change anywhere in the world.
